Delivery
We offer door-to-door delivery via courier across South Africa which takes approximately 3-5 working days due to stock delays. We have made sure to supply the best possible delivery available with our trusted courier partners.
Standard courier fee is R89 and we offer free delivery on orders over R500.
Once your order has been collected by the courier you will receive an email with your tracking information. Otherwise you can head to the tracking page and enter your order number to track the progress of your order. If you would like to follow up with your order or are having any issues please contact info@walletjunkie.co.za.
Refunds:
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If you are returning the wallet for a refund and 14 days have passed since you placed your order, you will be required to pay the return courier fee of R89.00 which will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Once the courier has collected your return, we'll ask for you to send us your banking details so that we can process the refund via EFT.
Exchanges:
If you are wanting to exchange your wallet for something else, you will be liable to pay both the return and replacement courier fee as per the below:
R89.00 return fee + R89.00 replacement fee
Total: R178.00
